Valid for any group not yet booked or confirmed with DestiWorld when couple signs and maintains a group contract between April 1, 2024 – April 30, 204 for 10 or more paid and traveled rooms with a 3-night minimum per room for travel April 1, 2024 – December 22, 2025. The credit earned by the couple will be based upon the number of fully paid and traveled rooms per group, with a 3-night minimum stay per room.
Credit amounts are not earned cumulatively. The applicable credit amount will be applied to the room portion of the couple’s travel invoice at the time of final payment. If the qualifying tier changes at the time of travel as a result of cancellations and/or complimentary rooms/nights/passengers, the couple will be responsible for any balance owed. The balance due will be taken from the complimentary rooms/nights/passengers earned and/or collected from the couple. If the amount of the credit exceeds the total amount of the couple's room portion of their reservation, no cash refund will be given. Credit is non-transferable and cannot be used towards a future trip. Offer combinable with other current resort promotions, if applicable but restrictions may apply. Offer combinable with the ongoing Up to $2,500 Off Promotion and any other current resort promotion, if applicable.
Upgrade is only for group leader and no other guests in the party. Upgrade will be one category upgrade from category booked and paid for. To guarantee upgrade at signing of contract, group leader must advise the category they will book and pay for. Hotel will reserve next category. Upgrade is not applicable to Ambassador Suites and Signature Rooms.
Any complimentary rooms earned for the group do not count towards the total number of rooms required to earn this promotion. Any additional upgrades earned may be applied to another room booked under the group with DestiWorld. Promotion will only be applicable for groups in which all bookings in their entirety fall within the travel dates specified above. Applicable to US residents whose travel originates from US cities.
No cash refund will be given in lieu of taking advantage of this offer. The hotel has the right to discontinue or change resort credit breakdown/offer at any point in time. Resort credit breakdown and additional terms will be provided at time of check in at hotel.
