Terms & Conditions: Offer valid for any group not yet booked or confirmed with DestiWorld. Group must maintain a 10 paid and traveled room minimum, each room staying a minimum of three nights, for travel dates listed above at participating Palladium Hotel Group hotels. At the time of contract execution, the group will receive one (1) guaranteed room upgrade for either the Bride & Groom (B&G) or a designated VIP guest. This upgrade is in addition to any upgrades earned under the previous clause. This guarantee excludes Signature and Ambassador categories. One (1) complimentary upgrade to the next room category for every 5 paid rooms (6th room upgraded) maximum of 5. Subject to availability. Upgrades apply to the majority room category and average group stay. If no majority exists, upgrades apply to the lowest category. Typically upgraded to the next available category and may exclude certain room types such as Ambassador/Signature. One (1) complimentary room for every 5 paid rooms (6th room free), maximum of 5, calculated nightly, based on double occupancy room, on lowest room category booked, and the least number of nights. If most of the group is booked in single occupancy, complimentary room will be granted in single occupancy. Complimentary room is a monetary refund after travel minus hotel taxes, fees and transfers. If all requirements are not met, complimentary rooms and upgrades will be forfeited, and client will be responsible to pay the difference. No cash refund will be given in lieu of taking advantage of this offer. Offer is non-transferable and cannot be used towards a future trip. This offer is combinable with any ongoing hotel offer. Only rooms booked in the DestiWorld contract will count towards this offer. Applicable to US residents whose travel originates from US cities only.
